The Metta Fest is a practice opportunity, an auction, a chocolate fountain and warm companionship at South Shore Insight before the Winter Break. Drop by and warm your heart, body and mind with others.
No registration, donations at the door, the Silent Auction is the day of the Fest and all items are finalized on the 14th.

George Mumford: George has taught meditation since 1986 in a range of environments, from professional sports arenas to prisons to Harvard Medical School. He is the author of The Mindful Athlete: Secrets to Pure Performance, published in 2015.
