.:. Usually we have 11th Step followed by the Sunday Hour program but in light of the Metta fest we are having a combination 11th Step/Sunday Hour . The meeting will include guided meditation, teachings or readings related to the Pali Canon and a go-around. This class is for all 12 Steppers (AA, NA, Al-anon etc.) and allinterested in deepening their spiritual practice in the context of an Insight Meditation Center.
