Everyday AwarenessNEW DATES/LOCATION WILL BE POSTED SOON (April & May dates not scheduled)

With Maddy Klyne & Paul Cheevers | We take a fresh look at our lives and we explore and practice mindful techniques of meditation which build awareness appropriate for today’s reality. Can such awareness foster wisdom and compassion? Occupations, the act of driving, relationships and the concept of time will be included in topics of inquiry and practice over the course of this series. A combination of sitting and simple movement practices coupled with discussion will make up this series of classes. Guest teachers may occasionally offer talks in the spirit of the class. Appropriate for beginners and current practitioners of mindfulness based practices. An R.S.V.P. before attending your first class is appreciated.
