w/ Éowyn Ahlstrom who has practiced vipassana meditation for more than twenty years and has an extensive silent retreat practice background. She received her M.Ed. from the American College of Education, is a certified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher, a registered yoga teacher and a licensed massage therapist. She currently teaches at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, where she also serves as the Assistant Director of Community and Online Programs. Prior to joining the Mindfulness Center at Brown, Éowyn taught at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and developed a private practice called Middle Path Healing Arts. For over a decade she has often taught yoga for retreats at the Insight Meditation Society as well.
