Celebrate 5yrs SSIMC, Auction w/ Plants!

Summertime and the living is wakeful, with unusual and not so unusual items and objects and baked goods and activities and plants. It’s the SSIMC Summer Auction and Practice day. Come on by and see and be with others in a breezy day of curious artifacts from friends of South Shore Insight that have been donated and offered in silent auction in support of the Center. This is a FUNraiser and an Awakening. Simone says, “hop on one leg!” Now Simon doesn’t says “levitate!”

If you would like to donate an item please drop the item by the Center during office hours or before a scheduled program.

ITEMS GREAT FOR THE DAY AND WE ARE HAPPY TO ACCEPT FOR DONATION:

  • Plants (indoor and outdoor)

  • Jewelry

  • The Handcrafted

  • Dhamma Books

  • Curious smallish items: That which is just plain interesting or even weird (for example, there will be a number of potable Wampy Water containers (many repurposed orphaned water bottles left at the Center— What is Wampy Water, well <ahem> the date to find out by tasting and adopting is))  June 10, it’s a Sunday from 10am - 12noon.

Do you have a Funky but not Junky item? Everyone seems to, but would it be of interest and useful for someone? Donate it to the Center and maybe even enter it in the Special Far Out Category of Useful Stuff.

**Homemade baked goods will be offered for donation in contrast to the usual assortment of snacks. (see below)
