Discover Mindfulness and the rich range of meditation practices, offering ease and awareness amidst the pressures of our daily lives. To be mindful means simply to come into the present moment however, to be mindful for large portions of our day requires an informed daily practice. Experience or no experience, all that is needed is your body, your heart, your mind and an inner willingness to explore what it means to be alive, awake and present.
The program will meet on three Wednesdays: May 2, May 9 and May 16 from 6:00pm - 7:15pm. Meditation instruction, sitting and walking practices as well as time for question and answers. Pre-Registration Recommended
