Where are the commonalities and the differences between yoga and the Eight Fold Path of the Buddha? Most importantly how do you actually move beyond the story and develop a practice that explores and clarifies complimentary aspects of these two different paths?
This four class series is on scheduled Thursdays, from 6:00 - 7:30pm: April 26, May 10, May 24 and June 21.
Registration required. This is not a drop-in series as space and materials are limited. Open mind and somewhat beyond beginner experience required. This is not an aerobic workout, the emphasis, as in all of the Mindful Movement classes, is on slow movements leading to balanced awareness beyond the hall.
