This Drop-in class is a one evening taste of the SMaRT program (Simple Mindfulness and Resiliency Techniques). Attending this Open SMaRT class is not a required precusor to the full program starting October 19 (spanning 36 days). This Open class will however give one a first hand experience of Learning and practicing Mindfulness Meditation in support of clear and simple learning — free of ritual.
