In lieu of Divine Homes, tonight we will be celebrating the changing of the Seasons and the Anniversary of South Shore Insight. It has been a bit over three years since South Shore Insight was founded and it has been a bit over two years since SSIMC has been at our present Hanover location.

George Mumford: George has taught meditation since 1986 in a range of environments, from professional sports arenas to prisons to Harvard Medical School. He is the author of The Mindful Athlete: Secrets to Pure Performance, published in 2015.
