Mindfulness and Metta (Lovingkindness) Half-Day
w/ Madeline Klyne .:. This half-day will explore the practices of befriending ourselves, others and the present moment. With mindfulness, we open to and recognize how we are relating to the present. With metta, we nourish our natural capacity for an open loving heart. Both mindfulness and metta practices increase our capacity to accept, appreciate and befriend our everyday experiences.
