Class and event schedule
w/ George Mumford .:. This monthly meeting focuses on establishing a spiritual practice. The meeting will include guided meditation, teachings or readings and a go-around.
This class is for all 12 Steppers (AA, NA, Al-anon etc.) interested in exploring the 11th Step and establishing and deepening their spiritual practice in the context of an Insight Meditation Center.
This is a drop-in group, no pre-registration. Sustaining donation $10 at the door.

George Mumford: George has taught meditation since 1986 in a range of environments, from professional sports arenas to prisons to Harvard Medical School. He is the author of The Mindful Athlete: Secrets to Pure Performance, published in 2015.
