with Madeline Klyne &/or Paul Cheevers .:. This weekly class includes basic Insight Meditation instructions and walking meditation along with some time for group connecting and refreshment. This class series is geared toward Beginners and those with Beginner’s mind. This series will incorporate the Four Foundations of Mindfulness or the Four ways to be present. This class often includes a take-away mindfulness exercise that can be practiced in your daily life.
